Webinar Invitation: AI-Generated Assessment Rubrics

20 & 22 November 2024

The TIRIgogy CPD series is launching its inaugural webinar and you are invited to join. This two-part webinar, facilitated in collaboration with colleagues from King's College and the University of Greenwich aims to explore the use of AI-generated assessment rubrics in a practical and interactive online workshop. This event will introduce a pioneering framework designed to transform how we develop and apply assessment rubrics in higher education, promoting transparency, fairness and efficiency in evaluating student work.

Event Details:

Session 1: Introduction to AI-Generated Assessment Rubrics

Wednesday, 20 November 2024

10:00am – 11:00am (UK Time, GMT)

Session 2: Focused Workshop – Personalised Rubric Development Using AI

Friday, 22 November 2024

10:00am – 11:30am (UK Time, GMT)

Attendance is encouraged for both sessions to make the most of this workshop. Separate registration is required for each session and can be completed via this link:

The "Rubric Revolution: Enhancing Assessments with AI Power!" framework offers an innovative, practical, and collaborative approach to assessment design. Over the course of two sessions, participants will not only gain insight into the principles underpinning AI-assisted rubric development but will also have the opportunity to create and refine their own rubrics.

For enquiries, e-mail Nurun Nahar (Assistant Teaching Professor, GMBS): n.nahar@bolton.ac.uk

Note: None of these sessions will be recorded.
